Connected to the present with a vision for the future: the story of a company that continues to grow.
Intercon was founded in 1994 in Rivalta di Gazzola (Piacenza). The first works were cold production and packaging for the popular brand Cadey. Since then, dedication and ambition have guided the Company in its continuous growth.
In 30 years, Intercon has carved its place manufacturing cosmetic products for third parties. Made in Italy is synonymous with quality and reliability - important values for the Company, on which it has built its reputation.
Thanks to a flexible approach and continuous updates, Intercon rides the digital transformation and, over time, it builds a perfect balance between people, process digitization and environmental sustainability.
Intercon can count on the work of over 50 employees. Thanks to these people, who work with passion and very high quality standards, the Company aims at a constant expansion. Innovation and sustainability drive Intercon into the future.
Organization into departments with specific functions, for a smooth and effective workflow.
Intercon's management, over the years, has built a solid company, which is constantly growing and is always ready to face sector evolutions in global markets. The structure includes the following units:
The production department boasts a specialized team and cutting-edge machinery. Thanks to the expertise developed over the years, Intercon is able to respond to all its customers' needs. Flexibility is guaranteed on several fronts: dedicated production slots and mixer, plant implementations in relation to specific needs, and production of semi-finished products of various kinds, in quantities ranging from 3 kg to 5,000 kg.
The packaging department has 8 automatic and 2 manual packaging lines. The modular lines allow the packaging, capping, batching and labelling of all types of packages: bottles, jars and tubes. Thanks to Intercon's decades of experience, we can address many different needs, through the implementation of dedicated packaging lines.
The warehouse department has grown over time, and today Intercon can count on 5 warehouses. Each space is dedicated to a specific element of the Company's core business. The different warehouses are dedicated to packaging, packaged product, semi-finished products, raw materials and storage service for Customers.
Efficiency, flexibility and optimized processes lead to great results in all the services we offer.

Innovation as a way of improving processes, in terms of production and environmental impact.
Intercon has always been open to the changes necessary to keep up with the times. Digital transformation is one of those great challenges: Intercon, in partnership with the MUSP Laboratory, has launched a project to improve data management in business processes. The innovation brought about by the digitisation of all workflows has a significant impact, both in terms of production and waste reduction.

Intercon is careful about the environment and its people. It implements strict waste disposal and water drainage procedures and promotes careful occupational health and safety policies.
Protecting the environment is a fundamental principle of Intercon's ethics. It uses photovoltaic panels, green energy suppliers and electric vehicles for in-house transit.
Ethics and social impact as fundamental parameters for the Company's development and growth.
Trust and honesty are the values on which Intercon bases its relations with all stakeholders. The construction of high-quality references is based on personal enhancement, transparency of relationships with suppliers, customers and competitors, and also a punctual and precise approach in the provision of services.
The people who work at Intercon are also valued through services aimed at the territory and the community of which they are part. This dynamic is very important and strengthens the trust in the Company.
Even with suppliers and competitors, Intercon builds relationships based on respect and fairness: only through this approach, can high quality standards be guaranteed in the production and delivery of services. Respect for work and deadlines, respect for the supply chain and collaboration in case of subcontracting by a competitor, are the ingredients necessary to achieve a common goal: the satisfaction of all customers.
Intercon is committed to having a positive impact on society, with particular attention to the territory and the community it relates to. The Company guarantees care and services to the people who work inside it every day, but also to the surrounding municipalities and the natural context.
For workers, and for the entire Gazzola community, Intercon has installed AED columns for emergency intervention in strategic positions.
In addition, the Company participates with donations in the support of the Public Assistance of Rivergaro, a town near Gazzola, and guarantees a voluntary transport service for disabled citizens and elderly residents of the Municipality.
